Installing  BioHPC real-time scheduler
Real-time scheduler is an optional scheduler that can be installed on any domain computer and can be used for short serial jobs. It is optional.
  • Copy RTclean, rtexe, jt, runrt.bat from node_install\install\rt to T:\CBSU on all RT nodes

  •  Add IDU as administrator on RT nodes

  • Add RTsched.exe (web_dir\rtsched\bin\Debug\rtsched.exe) into Task Scheduler scheduled to start on server boot and never stop. The task must run as IDU.
